How do I know which class or level is right for my child? Our preschool classes are grouped by age to provide developmentally appropriate instructions for our youngest gymnasts. Beginning at age 5, classes are grouped by skill level so each gymnast can learn and progress at the pace that is right for them. You can view the required skills listed under each level on our programs page to get an idea of where your gymnast may fit. If you're unsure which level is right for you or your gymnast has previous gymnastics experience we offer free skill evaluations with our coaching staff to help determine the best place.

Our coaching staff will let you know when your gymnast is ready to for the next level and our front desk staff will help you find the appropriate class. Parents are also always welcome to request an evaluation if they feel their gymnast may be ready to move up.

What should my gymnast wear and bring to class? Gymnasts should wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing that allows then to move freely. Leotards are encouraged but not required. Clothing should fully cover the midriff and should not be loose or baggy, as this can interest with skills and coaches properly spotting. Long hair needs to be pulled back secured away from the face. All jewelry should be removed before class. Gymnast participate barefoot, so no specials shoes or other equipment are required. Please bring a water bottle for water breaks throughout practice. gymnasts will take the water bottle into the gym with them.
