Our Parent-tot program is designed exclusively for our youngest gymnasts ages 18 months - to 3 years old. In each session, gymnasts learn how their bodies move and work. We focus on coordination, locomotion, following directions, and basic gymnastics skills; including hops, skips, jumps, rolls, cartwheels and pullovers. Bi-weekly, preschool classes experience the big gym for trampoline and tumble track activities. In this class parents are able to enter the class with their little gymnasts to help them with their skills. It’s the perfect class for the little one that isn't ready to enter a class on their own yet.

Our Girls Beginner Class is for gymnasts with little to no gymnastics experience. Classes focus on core skills that every gymnast needs to move further within the sport including forward and backward rolls, bar pull overs and handstands. We teach basic shapes, proper body positions, strength, and flexibility.
Our Girls Advanced Beginner Class builds on and improves skills previously learned while challenging gymnasts with new skills, putting an emphasis on strength and flexibility techniques and proper form. Gymnasts will learn back hip circles, cartwheels, body shapes, kick to handstand, bridge-downs and handstands.
Our Intermediate Class integrates strength and flexibility into event rotations, and builds on the foundation built in the previous levels. Gymnasts will focus on back handsprings, front hip circles, casting and round-offs. Gymnasts learn to combine skills in order to develop more advanced techniques.
Gymnasts will incorporate advanced strength and flexibility skills, drills to ensure proper body position, and connections of more advanced skills. There is a focus on round off back handsprings, back walkovers, and glide to kips. This class will incorporate skills and connections required for future Competitive Team activities.
Boys gymnasts will be working on building a foundation on all 6 of the men’s competitive events. They work on strength, flexibility, proper body positions and basics that build up to more advanced skills.
Class sessions are 8 weeks. First student tuition $180.00. Second student tuition $160.00. Yearly Registration fee $40.00 per student up to 2 students. No charge for additional family members after two students.
